Our return policy lasts 30 days, after this period we cannot offer a refund.
To make a return, the product packaging must be sealed and in the same condition in which you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (where applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, which may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.
Late or lost refunds (where applicable): If you have not yet received your refund, please contact your Bank, as you know that it may take some time before your refund is officially carried out. If you have followed all these steps and you still have not received the refund, please contact us at info@drinkfoost.com.
Exchanges (where applicable): We only replace products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@drinkfoost.com.
Shipment: For returns, please contact info@drinkfoost.com so that we can provide you with the correct shipping information.
If there has been no error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the product. If the error was ours, of course the shipping and return costs are our responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
