1 Little serving /Equals 16 servings per bag : 350 ml ice cold water/62.5g (2 leveled scoops) = 25g protein/250 kcal/stay full for 2-3 hours.
1 Regular serving/Equals 10 servings per bag : 500 ml ice cold water/100g (3 leveled scoops) = 40g protein/400 kcal/stay full for 3-5 hours.
